14 sts x 18 rnds = 4” in Stockinette stitch (St st) on larger needles after blocking

PATTERN NOTES
This shrug is knit cuff to cuff. The sleeves are worked in the round and the back is worked flat. Two different size needles are used to accentuate the rouching.
